The opportunity
Currently we are seeking competent candidates with more than two years of experience for the position of Web Developer, UI.
Roles and responsibilities
The role involves being responsible for developing software applications using cutting edge technology to concert data driven decision making across domains including Health System Strengthening, Child Protection, Education, and other social sector initiatives. We are looking for people who love:
- Translating application storyboards and use cases into functional & appealing interactive applications.
- Working closely with the back-end developers to ensure smooth integration between web pages and back-end code.
- Experimenting and mastering cutting edge technologies.
- Learning on the go.
- Making mistakes but hate repeating them.
Key selection criteria
- Knowledge in XML, HTML, CSS, Java Scripts, Jquery, Bootstrap and Angular.
- MUST have strong knowledge in Angular with 1+ years of development experience.
- Good knowledge and experience in building responsive web pages.
- Understand cross-browser issues and use standard HTML/CSS to ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience in working with Linux operating system will be an added advantage
- Experience of working with NoSQL database will be an added advantage.
